Why was my transaction declined?   

To find out why your transaction was declined and to take action, you can review or modify your current orders. Click here or follow these steps: 

  1. Sign in to the online brokerage platform 
  2. Select the Activities tab 
  3. Click Current orders

You will be able to view any declined transactions. 

You can also verify the status of your orders using the direct brokerage app by following these steps: 

  • Sign in
  • Click More, and in the Activities section, click Open orders
