How can I check the status of an order on the direct brokerage platform or mobile application?

To validate the status of a pending order on the direct brokerage platform, log in and consult the “Activities” section, then click on “Current orders and instructions”, or click here.

On the mobile application, you can check the status of current orders by following the steps below:

  • Sign in
  • Click on “More” (…)
  • In the “Activities” section, click on “Current orders”
