How can I check the status of an order on the online brokerage platform or app?
To review the status of a pending order on the online brokerage platform, sign in and consult the Activities section, then click Current orders, or click here.
On the direct brokerage app, you can check the status of current orders by following these steps:
- Sign in
- Click More
- Then, from the Activities section, click Current orders
