How can I check the status of an order on the online brokerage platform or NBC Wealth app?

To review the status of a pending order on the online brokerage platform, sign in and consult the Activities section, then click Current orders, or click here.

On the mobile app, you can check the status of current orders by following these steps:

  1. Sign in to the NBC Wealth app
  2. Choose National Bank Direct Brokerage among the Wealth Management divisions listed in the dropdown menu (your preferences will be saved next time you sign in)
  3. Make sure you already set up single sign-on user ID
  4. Click More
  5. Then, from the Activities section, click Current orders
