When I try to place an order, I am told that "Restrictions apply to your account". What do I do?  

This message usually means that we're missing documentation related to the opening of your account. If you didn't provide all the required documentation when you opened your account, please send it to us as soon as possible. Our team will then review them and remove any restrictions if everything is in order. 

If necessary, contact us at 1-800-363 3511 or via the Message centre to confirm the required documents. You may be able to sign the documents electronically, giving you quick access to all your account functions.
