To help you manage your investments more effectively, you can now carry out your brokerage transactions with the NBC Wealth app. You’ll also be able to consult your investment accounts with other National Bank divisions such as your Private Banking 1859 and National Bank Financial accounts.

If access to your account is blocked, first try closing and then relaunching your app. If the problem persists, try changing your password. If it’s still not working, contact us at 1-800-363-3511, option 4.
No, it’s currently not possible to switch between the two platforms. The National Bank app allows you to carry out your personal banking transactions and have an overview of your accounts.
On the other hand, the National Bank Direct Brokerage app is for independent investing and allows you to buy and sell securities online (stocks, ETFs, options and more).
For security and user experience reasons, the NBDB mobile app is optimized for Apple's latest operating system iOS 16. The app is also available on Android devices.
