How do I sign in to the direct brokerage app? 

To access the National Bank Direct Brokerage app:  

  • Open the direct brokerage app
  • Use the same email ID and password you use for the web version (you must have migrated to the unique email user ID

After 5 unsuccessful attempts, you must wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact our technical support team for a temporary password at 1-800-363-3511

You can check the Remember me box to avoid receiving a verification code each time you sign in.
