Are you having trouble signing in to the NBC Wealth app with your Android device? Follow these simple steps to resolve the issue quickly.

How do I sign in to the NBC Wealth app? 

To access the NBC Wealth app, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the NBC Wealth app
  2. Choose National Bank Direct Brokerage from among the Wealth Management divisions listed in the dropdown menu (your preferences will be saved next time you sign in)
  3. Check the Remember me box to avoid receiving a verification code each time you sign in
  4. Enter your email ID
  5. Enter your password
  6. Click Sign in 

Note: When signing in for the first time, you will be asked to enter a verification code which you will receive by SMS or email.

REMINDERS:

  • Use the same email ID and password that you use for the web version of your online brokerage platform. 
  • Make sure you already set up single sign-on user ID.
  • You can only use the Forgot your password feature from the web version of your online brokerage platform. Click Forgotten password? to reset your password. 
  • After 5 unsuccessful attempts, you must wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact our technical support team for a temporary password at 1-800-363-3511.
