How do I activate sign-in with biometrics on the direct brokerage app?

Before activating the connection with biometric data, such as facial or fingerprint recognition (Face ID, Touch ID), you must have selected the Remember me option during a previous connection.

Make sure that the recognition features are enabled on your device. Refer to Apple or Google technical support if you have any questions.

On iOS (Apple):

On Android: contact technical support for your phone brand.

If your device is already configured for biometric recognition, simply follow the steps below:

  • Click the profile icon.
  • Click the Enable Touch ID arrow.
  • Scan the Activate radio button and click Continue.
  • Click the device's main button to capture the fingerprint.
  • Enter your password.
  • Click Confirm.
