When will I receive my portfolio statements?  

In accordance with securities regulations, National Bank Direct Brokerage is required to provide a portfolio statement every month in which you have made a trade. If you have not traded, you will receive your portfolio statements on a quarterly basis (March, June, September, and December).  

To find the statements click on the Documents tab and then Portfolio statements on the online direct brokerage platform or click here. 

For the time being, no documentation is available on the direct brokerage app.
