What documents are available on the online brokerage platform and NBC Wealth app?  

The online brokerage platform allows you to consult the following documents: portfolio statements, trade confirmations, tax slips, fund overviews, and communications.

You can find them under the Documents tab.

Note that it is also possible to access your documents and portfolio statements on the NBC Wealth app.

Your documents are archived and available online for 7 years.

 

Receive your documents electronically

InvestorDelivery is used to receive communications from security issuers electronically.

To receive documents addressed to security holders electronically, follow these steps:

  1. If you are the security holder, register with InvestorDelivery (external site).
  2. Enter the required registration number available in the documents you receive by mail from the security issuers' transfer agents. Please note that we do not have access to this registration number.

 

Receiving documents by mail

Please note that fees may apply for receiving your documents by mail. See our General fees page for more information.

Here are two ways to change the delivery method of your documents:

 

Online

  1. Sign in to the online brokerage platform.
  2. Click your name in the top right corner to open the My profile page.
  3. On the Preferences page, click the Manage my documents and statements dropdown menu to open it
  4. Indicate your preferences by checking the boxes of the accounts that interest you.
