Can I transfer money from my RRSP or TFSA to my FHSA?

RRSP to FHSA

We will notify FHSA holders once it is possible to transfer funds from an RRSP to an FHSA tax-free. However, the contribution limit is $8,000 annually, with a $40,000 lifetime limit.

TFSA to FHSA

It isn’t possible to directly transfer funds from your TFSA to your FHSA. You’ll have to withdraw the money from your TFSA, then contribute it to your FHSA.
