How do I change my address?

If you have other National Bank accounts, you can change your address through your online bank:

  1. Sign in to your online bank from
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner to open your Profile
  3. Update your contact information

This update will apply to all your National Bank and subsidiary accounts.

If you do not have other accounts, contact us via the Message Centre, or call our team at 1-800-363-3511 so we can change your address for you.

Please note that you cannot change your address online via the direct brokerage platform or mobile app.
