To access it, log on to the direct brokerage online platform and go to your "Portfolio Statements" or to the "Registered Accounts" section (under the Activities tab). You will also find the frequency of payments.
The portfolio statements are not yet available on our direct brokerage mobile app.
Make sure you have the necessary cash on hand in your RRIF or LIF so that we can make the requested payments. If cash is not available at the time of payment, interest will be charged on the debit balance, in addition to the commissions applicable to transactions carried out by an agent, if we have to sell a product to cover the debit to the account.
