How does billing work in the My Investment Dashboard tool?

The monthly fee will be debited from your brokerage account on the date indicated at the time of subscription. If you cancel your subscription before this date, no fees will be charged. 

You must be the primary account holder of at least one active individual account at the time of billing. Your monthly subscription will automatically renew on the same date each month unless you cancel it beforehand.  

If you cancel your subscription after the initial or monthly payment date, no full or partial refund will be issued. You'll continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. 

NBDB reserves the right to discontinue your subscription or revert it to the basic level without notice at the time of initial or monthly payment if you do not maintain at least one active individual account or if your account lacks sufficient funds to cover the payment.

  1. Sign in to your online brokerage platform
  2. Go to the My profile section by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen
  3. Select the Subscriptions tab to manage your access level
