Is there a minimum deposit required to open a brokerage account?

No minimum investment is required to open an account with NBDB.

Why are you asking me my banking information when I open my brokerage account? When you open a brokerage account, we need your banking information to link your account.
Can I access my account application online if it is not yet complete? Yes, you can access and resume an account opening application within 30 days of starting the request.
How long will it take to open my account? Opening your account may take between 2 and 5 business days. Next steps: verify your identity and start trading.
Can I fax my account application? You can open a brokerage account online with no faxing required, or call us for documentation. Handwritten signatures are accepted by mail or at a National Bank branch.
Why are you asking me how I plan to use my accounts when I open them? The Proceeds of Crime and Terrorist Financing Regulations (external bodies) require that we ask this information when you open a brokerage account.
