FINTRAC (Financial Transactions and Reports Analysis Centre of Canada) requires us to regularly keep certain data up to date for all our clients, including income, employment or industry sector, as well as contact details.

For the time being, it is not possible to make these preference
changes on the NBC
Wealth app. You'll need to do this on your web browser.
How often do I need to update them?
The update must be
done at least every seven years. However, you are responsible
for modifying your information as soon as a change occurs.
I have completed the update, but it shows as in progress and not processed. What should I do?
If a yellow banner appears indicating that the update is being processed on our side, no further action is required from you. We will contact you only if additional information is needed.
