How do I manage my subscriptions for my tools and services?

Our online brokerage platform allows you to:

• Subscribe, unsubscribe or change your subscriptions for the various tools and services
• See your next billing date
• Consult your payments

To perform any of these actions:

1. Sign in to your online brokerage platform
2. Go to the My profile section by clicking on your name at the top right of the screen
3. Select the Subscriptions tab to manage your access level

Your fees will be billed to the following accounts, in this order:

CAD Margin, CAD Cash, USD Margin, USD Cash, CAD TFSA, FHSA, CAD RRSP, CAD Joint RRSP, CAD RRIF, CAD Joint RRIF, LIRA or CAD LRSP, LIF, USD TFSA, USD RRSP, USD Joint RRSP, LIRA or USD LRSP and RESP.

Not eligible for tools and services?

Most tools and services require that you sign up for certain features in advance. For example, you must have set up single sign-on with user ID to access the tool My Investment Dashboard.
