Getting a user code to trade online
To ensure you carry your trades online safely, you will need a user code and password.
- First login to the trading platform?
Once your brokerage account is opened and that you have received confirmation that it is activated, you can sign up to our online trading platform via this page.*
During the registration process, you will be asked to answer three security questions. After doing so, you will be able to retrieve your password using our online password reset service.
* You can sign up to gain access to the trading platform only if you have an individual account with us. For any other type of accounts, we invite you to contact one of our representatives by phone.
It is also possible to contact one of our Technical Support Specialists at 1- 800-363-3511, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET should you need a user code or password.
It is possible to reset your password online. On our trading platform home page, click on “Forgot your password”. You will then be guided through two easy steps to gain access to your account.
Note: To reset your password, you must have answered the three secret questions at the time of opening your account.
